CALNA Fall Wind-Down & Town Hall Meeting
The CALNA Fall Wind-Down/Town Hall Meeting took place on Monday, December 15, 2025 at Buddies Grill in Holt, MI. Attendees enjoyed dinner and heard from Legislators: Representative Julie Brixie, representing Michigan’s 73rd House District and Representative Penelope Tsernoglou, representing Michigan’s 75th House District. Attendees were able to ask questions and discuss important issues affecting the Green Industry and their businesses. A huge thank-you to the event sponsors Bofysil Landscaping L.L.C, Capital Equipment Supply, Hammond Farms Landscape Supply, Heritage Nursery, and Trees, Inc., which allowed the event to be offered free of charge.
CALNA 2025 Golf Tournament Wrap-up
The Annual CALNA Golf Tournament to raise money for the CALNA Scholarship Fund was held on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at Wheatfield Valley Golf Course in Williamston. Even though there was rain in the forecast, it held clear for the majority of the day. Golfers had plenty of opportunities to win big with SKINS, raffle prizes, hole contests and 50/50. Thank you to all of the sponsors and golfers – CALNA appreciates your continued support!

Lansing Home & Garden Show 2025 Wrap-up
Members of CALNA once again staffed a booth at the MSU Pavilion during the Lansing Home & Garden Show. In conjunction with the Gardener’s Choice Awards, a raffle took place to win a Red Maple tree that was donated by Discount Tree Sales & Transplanting. Congratulations to the winner, Michele Weismiller! A HUGE Thank You to the following CALNA Members who helped with the move-in, move-out or to staff the booth at the show: All Phases Landscaping, Inc.
